Return Policy
CHOCOLATES (The Goods):
We’ve got your back with a 30-day guarantee. We encourage you to stick with The Fun Guy routine for at least 3 weeks to give the functional benefits (whether it's The Brain Booster or The Chill Shield) time to really compound in your system.
With that in mind, you can request a refund for your first purchase of any chocolate product within 30 days of delivery. (Note: Shipping costs and Package Protection fees are non-refundable). Just shoot us an email at haha@thefunguychocolate.com and we’ll sort you out.
Share the vibe, don't ship it back. Even if you don’t love the flavor, someone else in your circle might! Due to strict safety protocols, we cannot resell food products once they have left our warehouse. This means we cannot accept physical returns of any chocolate products, even if they are unopened.
Instead of shipping it back (and adding to the carbon footprint), we encourage you to gift your extra chocolate to a friend. Spread the spore!
Note: Packages that are refused upon delivery and/or marked as "Return to Sender" are not eligible for a refund.
SUBSCRIPTIONS:
By purchasing a subscription product, you are joining the colony! You agree to be enrolled in a membership where you will be automatically billed on a recurring basis at the price and frequency specified in your order summary.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time prior to your billing date by logging into your customer portal or by emailing haha@thefunguychocolate.com. If a subscription is cancelled after a refill order has been billed, that specific order will still ship and cannot be cancelled.
Refill Policy: Due to the significant discount applied to your first subscription order, we do not offer refunds on subsequent "refill" orders. If you forget to cancel before your renewal date, we are unable to provide a refund for that shipment once it has been processed.
MERCH / GEAR:
Unlike our chocolates, our wearables (hoodies, hats, sweatpants) can be returned!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at haha@thefunguychocolate.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES & MELTDOWNS:
Please inspect your order as soon as it lands. If the product is damaged, melted, or if you received the wrong blend, contact us ASAP. Our Customer Experience team will make it right—just reach out to haha@thefunguychocolate.com.
REFUND PROCESSING:
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still don't see it, please contact us at haha@thefunguychocolate.com.
